As a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2021, I have observed a notable shift in consumer behaviour regarding shopping and purchasing. Traditional marketing methods that interrupt and intrude on consumers are no longer effective, as people have become adept at disregarding them. In response to this shift, INFINITE SQUARE was established with the belief that individuals seek assistance rather than interruption or harassment from salespeople. At INFINITE SQUARE, our primary focus is to prioritize the company's mission above personal ambitions.
For several years, I have pursued my passion for Business Management, which has been a rewarding journey. Engaging in various projects has been enjoyable, and it has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce businesses. My fascination with creating things and my desire to comprehend their functioning has further fuelled my passion, particularly in analysing products. Additionally, my possession of leadership skills and proactive nature makes me an ideal fit for the business world.
As a leader in a rapidly growing company, it is essential to set aside personal objectives and concentrate solely on the company's purpose. Business success requires skills, emotions, and empathy towards customers. Despite the prevailing notion that ruthlessness is necessary for business growth, we know a superior approach exists. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned in my life came from participating in a management project during my school days. This project was called Galaxy Bazaar, a non-profit organization completely managed by grade 12 students and ran for three days each year. It provided a perfect platform for me to learn about management, enhance my creative writing skills, and gain insights into analysing businesses, products, and opportunities in the external world.
